MOTOROLA SUES APPLE

Seems now that Microsoft is suing Motorola, Motorola feels left out.  They just filed a lawsuit against Apple claiming patent infringement on a wide range of their patents related to it's iPhone, iPad, "iTouch" and some Macs.  What is interesting is at the end of the press release is a a paragraph very similiar to what Nokia stated in their press release when they sued Apple.

We have extensively licensed our industry-leading intellectual property portfolio, consisting of tens of thousands of patents in the U.S. and worldwide. After Apple's late entry into the telecommunications market, we engaged in lengthy negotiations, but Apple has refused to take a license. We had no choice but to file these complaints to halt Apple's continued infringement.
