ANDROID MARKET SURPASSES 100,000 APPS

Google has confirmed via Twitter the Android Market has surpassed 100,000 apps available.  It has only taken seven months to go from 30,000 to 100,000+ and three months to get there from 70,000.  Apple of course is still the king with over 300,000, but at this rate Android is hot on Apple's heels.
