NINTENDO DROPPING PRICE OF DSi, DSi XL BY $20

Probably due to sales of the Nintendo portable gaming system have dropped for the first time and the introduction of a new version of their system in the very near future, Nintendo will be dropping the prices of their systems.

According to the press release "Effective Sept. 12, the new suggested retail price of the Nintendo DSi system will be $149.99, while the new suggested retail price for the Nintendo DSi XL system will be $169.99."  Pricing for the Nintendo DS Lite will remain at $129.99. [Ars Technica]
