MICROSOFT SPENDING BILLIONS ON WINDOWS PHONE 7

Compared to Microsoft, Verizon, Motorola and Google spent roughly $100 million to bring Android to market and make it viable according to Jonathan Goldberg, telecommunications analyst at Deutsche Bank. [TechCrunch]
