Gays Lesbians more likely to be early adopters of tech

According to Experian Simmons Fall 2009 LGBT study, gays and lesbians are 29% more likely to be above average early adopters of tech vs. 1% less likely for straights.

Almost 45 of gays and lesbians are above average early adopters while only 34% of heterosexuals are above aveage early adopters.  Conversely, almost 47% of heterosexuals are below average for early adoption of tech vs. 38% for gays and lesbians.

Should the tech sector put more money and effort into marketing to the gay and lesbian community?
