SprintFeed is reporting Sprint's Upgrade Fee is doubling, up to $36 for existing customers wanting a new phone. If the customer has a multi-line contract to renew out of cycle the price cap is $150.
There's speculation that these bumps may have something to do with the latest rumor of an Apple acquisition of Sprint, but it may also simply be a routine policy change.
