News Corp's iPad only newspaper The Daily is rumored to be ready to launch in January 2011. According to AllThingsD the newspaper will launch on January 17th, but with a caveat of it could be "moved around a couple of times in the past few months." The Daily will be published daily and cost 99 cent per week. It might leverage a new App Store subscription payment system that could possibly be announced at an Apple event. [Engadget]
