December 11th is the first annual Angry Birds day. This is a special day when Angry Bird players come together to discuss and play Angry Birds. Rovio, makers of Angry Birds, also has a big announcement planned for that day. The event will be held in Trafalgar Square in London.
There is a ton of speculation that the event will herald the announcement of Angry Birds for Windows Phone 7. There is also some chatter that further announcements will include Angry Birds for consoles and an Angry Birds movie. However, given Rovio's past events they could have something even bigger up their sleeves. [TechCrunch]
