The popular mobile game Angry Birds will soon be offered in a Christmas version. The new holiday version follows the Halloween-themed Angry Birds game offered on the iPhone and iOS devices in October. That version didn’t please some Angry Birds fans because aside from the theme the game really didn’t offer anything new. The good news is that if you bought the Halloween version you’ll be getting the Christmas one for free.
If you’re an Android user don’t fret. A free ad-supported Christmas version of the game is also coming for you as well. Rovio, publisher of Angry Birds, confirmed the upcoming Christmas version of the game via Twitter. [Geek]
