We previously reported on a rumor that Apple was prepping a smaller version of the iPhone. Now, we have a rumor that they will also be increasing the size of the standard iPhone from 3.5-inch to 4-inches. Apple may feel that with the emergence of Android and the larger screen size they need to match it.
This rumor also has the Apple looking at ways to stretch the display more towards the edges so they don't have to increase the size of the actual phone as much.
