Sprint's Boost Mobile is launching a new program that will take $5 off their customers bill every six months.  If you start with a $50 plan, in 18 months you will be down to $35/month.  Boost Mobile is the prepaid brand of Sprint with no long term contracts.  [Gizmodo]
